Plymouth continues to enjoy an elevated position in the national
University rankings as the latest Guardian University Guide table now places us in the top 50. The University is named in the top 20 across 10
subject areas including 13th place in the UK
for mathematics. The league also saw the Peninsula
Medical School ranked eighth out of the top 30
medical schools in the UK.
Peninsula Dental School is
the first dental school in the UK to gain Surgical Education Centre
accreditation from the Royal College of Surgeons.
